Holly was married three times. She was married to Danny Quinn, an actor. Two years after their marriage and divorce in 1993, they separated. Jim Carrey met her in 1994 at an Ace Ventura Pet Detective auditions. The role was never offered to her, but they became friends as they were shooting Dumb and Dumber. The couple got married in 1996. Alaina Suddeth Suddeth's parents are Kristy Suddeth of Rossville in Georgia and J. J. Suddeth. Her father works in Chattanooga as a tech. Her first singing experience began when she was three. Her first public performance was by a choir for children and the annual holiday spot which included karaoke. She sang in church restaurant, at holidays with family and any other gathering within 30 miles of her home. Alaina, at the age of 8, was the winner of at the age of 8 Southern Stars Pageant Talent Competition. In the following year, she won the talent competition for kids at Chattanooga's Riverbend Festival. The stage performance were on for a while until she turned 12, when she became one of the winners in a competition which enabled her be on stage. In the year she turned 10 years old, she went to Orlando for the American Model and Talent Competition. She was able to beat more than 1500 kids at the competition. Alaina was a part of the Georgia Country Gospel Music Association children's choir. Alaina was 12 when she made the first of her several journeys to Nashville. She frequented Tootsie's bar and numerous other bars on Broadway. Alaina was the 2009 winner of Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park's WinniSTAR young talent competition. Alaina was in awe of singing by her sister, Holly Witherow, who was diagnosed with an brain tumor. Alaina's first job was at CiC Pizza. She went to Lakeview-FortOglethorpe High School in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, where she participated in the cheerleading team.
